John is a highly capable, knowledgable person, and bright individual/extremely quick study. I had the benefit of serving with him in both capacities. In both capacities he set the bar extremely high. His willingness to work late nights to produce extroidinary results shows his desire to produce high quality outcomes. In addition to this, John is a warm and personable high quality individual balanced with care/compassion you can see he takes the time to think through issues and problems to understand complex problems in their entirety.
