After more than 5 years of teaching myself Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence techniques, I decided to complete the 5 course specialization offered by the University of Colorado on Coursera called, “Data Warehousing for Business Intelligence”. The last course is a capstone project which required the development of a data warehouse using Oracle and an integrated dashboard. I built the following dashboard using Microsoft’s Power BI platform, which I have been using since it was first released in early 2015.
To help users understand the dashboard, I created a supplementary project summary explaining how to use the dashboard’s advanced analytics capabilities.
